This session will focus on the leading, rather than trailing, interventions essential in ensuring a positive change in the safety culture of an organization. Once the culture makes the positive shift to a safety-related focus, then, and only then, can we expect to see changes in behavior. This session will explore the options that can serve as a catalyst for advancing activities necessary for a successful conversion.
