ASSE Foundation Announces New Officers & Trustees

Cynthia L. Roth, COHN, of Massapequa, NY, is chair and CEO of Ergonomic Technologies Corp. and is a professional member of ASSE’s Metropolitan Chapter. Roth has been a consultant to OSHA for ergonomics, and a member of AIHA, AFS and AHCA. She has studied labor relations/industrial managements at the ILR School Cornell University and graduated with honors from University of Pittsburgh as a professional registered nurse specializing in biomechanics.

Thomas F. Cecich, CSP, CIH, of Apex, NC, is president of TFC & Associates. He is a professional member of the North Carolina Chapter, participates in Consultants and Engineering practice specialties, and he also is a member of ORC Worldwide’s safety and health consulting practice. Cecich holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Bradley D. Giles, P.E., CSP, of Boise, ID, is corporate vice president of environmental safety, health and security for Washington Group International. He is a professional member of the Snake River Chapter and is involved with the Construction and Management practice specialties. He is also a past recipient of the Construction Practice Specialty SPY award. His support of the National Safety Future Leaders Conference and the Washington Group Scholarship continues to aid in the growth of ASSEF.

Rixio Medina, CSP, CPP, of Houston, TX, is vice president of health, safety, security, environmental protection and shared services for CITGO Petroleum Corp. He has established a scholarship and professional development grant for ASSEF, is a member of the Gulf Coast Chapter and the Engineering Practice Specialty. Medina has served as a presidential appointee on the Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board. He holds a B.S. in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and an M.S. in Industrial Security from Central Missouri State University.


Jim S. Kreinbrink, CIC, CSP, of Lithia, FL, is a professional member of the West Florida Chapter. He has more than 20 years’ safety consulting and management experience with Liberty Mutual Group, where he is national market loss prevention operations manager. He holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Florida Southern.
