Powerful Presentations to CEOs

Webinar - Wednesday, October 17, 2007 - 11am-12:30pm CST

You are on your CEO's calendar and as you enter the office the CEO says, "Make it quick, I have a conference call in 10 minutes. What do you want?" When you catch your CEO, you have about 90 seconds to either win, or lose or go back and do more research. This is our chance to make a good impression. If we miss, we might never get the chance again. We must be concise and relevant with our verbal and written word. Our memos must be short but clear. Our reports must convey relevant information, not a diatribe of data to be sorted through. Our presentations must be the lightning strike that provides an absolutely clear picture of the problem. Doesn't this sound easy? Well, it isn't for many of us. This conference call will provide information regarding the efficient use what we say and what we write for CEOs. Our goal is to get the CEO to say, "Oh yes, now I see what you want. By all means press forward." We will examine the efficient use of:

  1. What we say and how we say it.

  2. What we write and how we write it (memos, reports and e-mails).

  3. What we present and how we present it (like using PowerPoint presentations).

We all struggle with this as we live the in the lightning fast lane of business. This conference call will help you craft the right way to sell your ideas and to get the attention of your CEO in a way that they view you as the person who knows the issues and solutions. You will learn to do all of this without wasting the CEO's time. So, come and see and listen how to make powerful presentations to your CEO.
