ANSI/SIA A92.3-2006

This standard applies to manually propelled, integral chassis aerial platforms having a platform
that cannot be positioned completely beyond the base and are used to position personnel, along with their necessary tools and materials, at work locations. Platforms are adjustable by manual or powered means and shall not be occupied when moved horizontally.
