ASSE, as secretariat of the A10 ANSI Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) for Construction and Demolition Operations, has continued to receive a number of inquiries related to ANSI/ASSE A10.38-2000 (R2007): Basic Elements of an Employer's Program to Provide a Safe and Healthful Work Environment

Due to these inquiries, we have put together a “guide” for those with interest.

Title: Basic Elements of an Employer's Program to Provide a Safe and Healthful Work Environment

Scope: This standard establishes the minimum elements of a program for protecting the safety and health of employees involved in construction and demolition activities

The standard was reaffirmed on April 12, 2007.
