ASSE, as secretariat of the A10 ANSI Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) for Construction and Demolition Operations, has continued to receive a number of inquiries related to ANSI/ASSE A10.11-1989 (R1998): Safety Requirements for Personnel and Debris Nets

Due to these inquiries we have put together a “guide” for those with interest.

Title: Safety Requirements for Personnel and Debris Nets

Scope: This standard establishes safety requirements for the selection, installation, and use of personnel and debris nets during construction, repair, and demolition operations.

Past versions of the standard were released in 1979 and 1989.
