ASSE Joins Safety and Health Groups in Urging Commitment to Safety in Jobs Bill
Wednesday, February 10th
In a letter (http://www.asse.org/professionalaffairs_new/communications/federal/docs/020010Durbinstimulusltr-e.docx)for Senator Richard Durbin (D-IL), ASSE joined with ISEA and AIHA in urging that jobs bill before Congress includes a commitment that any jobs created through the appropriations process be safe jobs.
