Snowe and Lieberman Question OSHA’s Occupational Noise Interpretation

In a letter to Department of Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, Senators Olympia Snowe and Joe Lieberman, Co-Chairs of the Senate Task Force on Manufacturing, questioned the need for OSHA’s new interpretation for feasibility of occupational noise administrative or engineering controls.
