The Honor of Fellow is ASSE's most prestigious honor, recognizing significant commitment, achievement and leadership in the occupational safety and health (OSH) profession.

Requirements

Fellow nominees must be a Professional or Emeritus member in good standing, have made significant contributions to the OSH profession and/or ASSE over a minimum period of 20 years, have spent significant time working in the OSH field. Chapters, Regions, Practice Specialties, Common Interest Groups, committees and councils are strongly encouraged to actively identify and nominate Fellows. Fellow petitions are reviewed by the Society's Technical and Professional Recognition Committee.

Benefits

Honorees are presented with a Fellow medallion and plaque at the Society Professional Development Conference, as well as lifetime registration to the Society PDC, among other benefits.

Submission Process

All petitions due by November 1st and may be sent either:
