J. Nigel Ellis
J. Nigel Ellis, P.E., CSP, CPE, has more than 35 years of safety engineering experience. He is the CEO and founder of Dynamic Scientific Controls and its division Ellis Fall Safety Solutions. He has performed fall hazard assessments in hundreds of facilities and construction sites and has been retained as an expert witness in nearly 1,000 fall-related cases nationwide.
He is a founding member of the Z359 Accredited Standards Committee for Fall Arrest and Protection and of the International Society for Fall Protection.
He regularly serves as a speaker at industry association and society meetings, and he has consulted for many Fortune 100 companies. His book, Introduction to Fall Protection, is now in its third edition.
Ellis is a member of several Z359, A10 and A1264 standards subcommittees and a member of:
