OSHA Recordkeeping Deadline Pushed to Dec. 15

Tuesday, November 28, 2017
In a notice issued on Nov. 24, OSHA extended its injury reporting deadline initially set for Dec. 1 by two weeks. The new deadline is Dec. 15. Extending the deadline will allow employers the full four-month reporting window originally intended when the agency updated injury and illness record keeping regulation in May 2016.​
