Guest Speaker Bios

Victor D’Amato, CSP, CIH, is an associate director, safety, health and environment, with AstraZeneca Global Biologics Operations. He has 30 years' experience in assessing occupational exposures. D'Amato is the Administrator of ASSE's Industrial Hygiene Practice Specialty.

Morgan Bliss, CSP, CIH, is an assistant professor of safety and health management at Central Washington University. She has more than 10 years' experience in healthcare safety and industrial hygiene, both as a safety officer and as a consultant. Bliss is the professional development chair of the Industrial Hygiene Practice Specialty.

Amanda Archer, CSP, CIH, is a senior manager of environmental health, safety and sustainability at Amgen. She has more than 15 years' experience in health, safety and industrial hygiene. Archer is the technical questions coordinator for the Industrial Hygiene Practice Specialty.
