Please note, ASSE will send the tabletop booth display and the box of accompanying materials as two separate shipments approximately two weeks in advance to ensure on-time arrival. The box of materials will always be received well ahead of time, but the tabletop booth display may or may not be sent forward by an ASSE chapter, depending on how full the reservation schedule is at that time. Either way, you will receive both shipments for your event, just not necessarily on the same day. Tabletop booth reservations are subject to availability; please make your request as soon as possible.
The booth will need a 6 foot table to sit on.
