Gary A Higbee, EMBA, CAP, worked for over 32 years for Deere & Company were he held  assignments in Production, Engineering, Safety and Environmental.  He was also Corporate Safety Director for Maytag, Manger of Health, Safety and Environmental for the Budd Company Stamping and Frame Division, and the Manager of Health, Safety and Environmental Services for Electrolux.  Using over 40 years’ experience and a dry sense of humor, Gary has become a nationally known speaker on safety, health, environmental and business issues.

Jerry Laws is the editor of Occupational Health & Safety magazine, and 1105 Media Inc. publication.  A Maryland native, he earned his MS in December 1979 from the University of Missouri School of Journalism and subsequently worked as a reporter and editor for the Herald-Dispatch USA Today, the Houston Post, and the Texas Lawyer, a weekly newspaper based in Dallas.  His undergrad degree is a BA from Northwestern University.
