The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has issued an Advisory Bulletin advising owners and operators of gas pipeline facilities and hazardous liquid pipeline facilities that the new incident/accident report forms for their pipeline systems are now available for electronic filing.
