OSHA Seeks Paperwork Comments on PSM Standard

OSHA has asked for comments on its required proposal to extend the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) approval of the information collection (paperwork) requirements specified in the Standard on Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals.  Comments are due January 7, 2013.  http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2012-11-06/html/2012-27043.htm
