OSHA Releases Bulletin on Diacetyl
Dated October 14, a Safety Health Information Bulletin was released by OSHA for employers and workers involved in the manufacture of flavorings in flavoring, food and beverage manufacturing about the potential health effects associated with exposure to diacetyl.
