OSHA Finalizes New Cranes and Derricks Rule
OSHA\’s new standard (http://www.osha.gov/cranes-derricks/index.html) addressing the use of cranes and derricks in construction was published July 28. A link the standard is below. According to OSHA, it, “(W)ill affect approximately 267,000 construction, crane rental and crane certification establishments with about 4.8 million workers.
