OSHA Established Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee
The Secretary of Labor has published the intention to establish the Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee (WPAC) to advise, consuls with, and make recommendations to the Secretary and the Assistant Secretary of OSHA on ways to improve the fairness, efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of OSHA’s whistleblower protection activities. http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2012-05-17/html/2012-11982.htm
