Obama Administration’s New Tack on Regulations
Last week, a new way forward on regulations was announced by the Obama Administration. As the next articles indicate, following that announcement – though no connection was announced – OSHA has pulled back its efforts on adding an ergo column to the 300 log and its interpretation of feasibility for noise protections.
