MSHA Bulletin on Use of the Coal Dust Explosibility Meter

MSHA has released a Program Information Bulletin (PIB) is to advise the
underground coal mining community that NIOSH recently published a report on the Coal Dust Explosibility Meter (CDEM), which can be found at http://www.msha.gov/regs/complian/PIB/2013/pib13-01.asp.  The PIB also informs mines of the need to measure coal mine dusts to determine potential explosibility.
