Free GHS Webinar through OSHA Alliance

As part of our efforts to keep you informed of the agency’s activities, you should know that, as part of its Alliance with OSHA, the Society of Chemical Hazard Communication (SCHC) will host a free webinar on Thursday, July 25, 2013
from 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (EST).  The webinar, “Hazard Communication 2012:
One Year of Implementation” is focusing on issues associated with classification, labeling, safety data sheets, training, as well as how manufacturers, importers, distributors, and employers can meet the compliance requirements during the transition period.  The OSHA speakers will also address current guidance materials and the status of additional guidance products that are in development.  In addition, OSHA will provide an update on international activities.

To participate in the webinar, click here to register by July 24thQuestions will not be taken live, but participants may submit questions during registration until May 31, 2013.  OSHA will try to address as many questions as possible during the presentation.
