FRA Updated Guide for Reporting Incidents

On November 9, the Federal Railroad Administration published its updated its Guide for Preparing Accident/Incident Reports, which is available at http://safetydata.fra.dot.gov/officeofsafety/publicsite/ProposedFRAGuide.aspx and is effective June 1, 2011.
