Online risk assessment tool for workplaces goes from strength to strength Oct 18, 2012
The free Online interactive Risk Assessment software (OiRA) developed by EU-OSHA, helps micro and small businesses across Europe to carry out risk assessments in workplaces in a straightforward and cost-effective way. One of the first OiRA tools has been developed in Cyprus: a sector-specific tool for the hairdressing industry, which was presented at the conference ‘Working together for the future of occupational safety and health in Europe’ under the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU. Other sectoral OiRA tools for working in offices in Cyprus, road transport in France and leather and tanning industry at EU social dialogue level are also ready to be launched soon.
