EPA Proposed Rule on Non-Mercury Industrial Thermometers

Today EPA is publishing a proposed rule to allow the use of non-mercury containing industrial thermometers in areas such as petroleum refining, power generation, and testing for vehicle emissions (76 FR 2056). EPA will accept public comments on the proposal until March 14, 2011.
