Posted in on Fri, Mar 2, 2012

The EPA has finalized technical revisions to the electronics manufacturing source category of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule related to fluorinated heat transfer fluids. EPA has finalized amendments to the definition of fluorinated heat transfer fluids and to the provisions to estimate and report emissions from fluorinated heat transfer fluids. This final rule is narrow in scope and does not address any other changes related to the electronics manufacturing source category.  The rule becomes effective on March 23, 2012.  http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2012-02-22/html/2012-3769.htm
