EPA Delays Enforcement on Lead Paint Certification
As indicated in its memo at http://www.epa.gov/lead/pubs/giles_RRP_memo.pdf the EPA is delaying enforcement until October 1 of the firm certification provisions of its new lead renovation, repair and painting rule. Stakeholders have complained of an inability of obtaining such certification.
