Environmental Group Uses Health Costs to Argue Against Coal in Kentucky

The Kentucky Environmental Foundation has issued a report using health research to make an argument against the use of coal in Kentucky.  The report is available at The Health Impact Assessment on Coal and Clean Energy Options in Kentucky.
