DoL Launches National Heat-Related Illness Outreach Campaign
Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis announced on April 26 a national outreach initiative by OSHA to educate workers and their employers about the hazards of working outdoors in the heat and steps needed to prevent heat-related illnesses. The Department’s announcement can be found at http://www.dol.gov/opa/media/press/osha/OSHA20110594.htm.
