BOEMRE Releases Report on Deep Horizon
On September 14, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) and the US Coast Guard Joint Investigation Team issued their report casting blame for the Deep Horizon oil spill and the deaths of 11 workers.
