ASSE and AIHA Call for Study to Find Best Place for NIOSH
In a joint letter to Rep. John Kline, Chairman of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, ASSE and AIHA joined together to call for a GAO study to determine the best location for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in the federal government. NIOSH is now part of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
