Platform Statement

As a board member of the Philadelphia Chapter, we understood that if we all “do a little, we can get a lot done.” I will take the same approach as Keystone Area Director. Chapter leadership can be a very fun and rewarding experience, especially when teams are formed around a common purpose or vision. I will work with Chapter leaders to help define their purpose and develop strategies not just to grow the membership, but to increase involvement of membership. I will seek opportunities that help chapters leverage each other’s strengths.

Safety and Health is not just my livelihood, it’s my passion and I will share that passion and my lessons learned from 4 years on the Philadelphia Chapter board, and over 20 years as a safety professional and front line supervisor with safety as a collateral duty.

No one needs to “go it alone.” Start with the right vision, some passion, a little strategy and if we all “do a little, we can get a lot done.”
