Platform Statement

First and foremost, I will support the mission and vision of the society by pledging my fiduciary duties of care, loyalty and obedience to ASSE.

I have been an active leader within ASSE since being the ASSE Student Chapter President to being actively involved in numerous practice specialty committees, to being appointed by the past three Society Presidents to following committees: Public Relations, Membership, Nominations and Elections and PDC. In addition, I have been an ASSE Foundation Scholarship Judge since 2012.

As Director-At-Large, I will work to bring enhanced recognition of the true value of membership by advancing the profession, increasing international collaboration, supporting individual success, elevating public trust and creating growth for the society.

I promise to learn from the past to benefit the future. Together we will make a better business model for occupational safety and health by utilizing technology and emerging trends. I have a vision for the seamless integration of OSH into the strategic plans of companies.

As an elected leader, I plan to help build a society for members of all experience levels, find ways to attract new members, and elicit more interaction for future members and partners to grow our professions' communities both domestically and internationally.

Together we will build a legacy through honest and open communication, integrity, and teamwork. We will build the society as one of service above self - service for the workforce, the professionals, and the public at large - one community for the advancement of occupational safety and health.

As a humble leader of ASSE I will work with the members, for the members, and by the members for a stronger and more sustainable tomorrow. I am a catalyst for positive change in organizations and I vow to use my skills for an unprecedented ASSE extraordinary future.
