Cancellation/Substitutions
Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing by October 25, 2009. Refunds less a $100 administrative fee will be granted to written requests received between October 26, 2009 and November 6, 2009. Refunds will not be granted after November 6, 2009. If you are unable to attend and wish to send a substitute, a $25 substitution fee will be charged. ASSE membership is individual; therefore, substitution with a non-member will be charged the non-member rate plus the $25 substitution fee. ASSE reserves the right to make substitutions to the program should unforeseen circumstances occur. ASSE also reserves the right to cancel the program two weeks prior to presentation.
Physically Challenged
Whenever possible, arrangements will be made for physically challenged registrants provided ASSE receives 45 days advance notice. Please write a letter of explanation, your name and phone number, and attach to the registration form. ASSE will contact you.
