This presentation gives safety leaders practical information needed to reduce injuries and improve workplace safety. It addresses five integral components of organizational safety, including Leadership, Safety Management Systems/Conditions, People-Factors, Behaviors and Communication. Recommendations are provided, based on empirical research and experience to improve these key aspects of workplace safety.
