How well do hearing conservation programs work? Are the resources spent to measure noise and test hearing effectively preventing work-related hearing loss? This presentation will provide metrics, leading and lagging, to assess the effectiveness of hearing conservation programs, and to enable intervention with noise-exposed workers to prevent hearing loss before it happens.
