Energy isolation has become a complex and equipment-specific process for many pieces of equipment in the built environment. This presentation will explore a user-driven process documenting the creation of equipment-specific energy isolation/LOTO procedures that fit onto one sheet of paper, meet OSHA requirements and can be quickly applied and completed by local maintenance workers and researchers.
