Registration Dates to Remember
Take advantage of the early bird discounts by registering on or before April 9, 2010! Registrations that are postmarked by May 22, 2010 will be confirmed. After May 22, 2010, please call to register at +01.847.699.2929. Any registrant with a balance due of 50% or more of their registration fee will be contacted by ASSE to reconcile the invoice prior to attending the conference.
Bring Seven or more colleagues to the Conference (PDC) and/or Pre/Post Conference Seminars, and Save!
If you plan to send seven or more colleagues from your company to Safety 2010’s Conference (PDC) and Pre and Post Conference Seminars, you can save substantially. Here’s how it works:
Please have your company representative contact the ASSE group meetings coordinator, at email@example.com for full program details and to obtain a group discount code.
Your company will be assigned a group code that permits your employees to register for the conference and Pre and Post Conference Seminars via the web, fax or mail.
Please see the list of topics and descriptions for the Pre and Post Conference seminars on pages 40-50 in the brochure. These seminars will be discounted as follows: $25 off each one-day seminar and $50 off each two or three-day seminar. You must sign up for Safety 2010 (the PDC) in order to receive the seminar discounts.
For discount eligibility, each employee must complete all steps on the registration form, and provide the group code on Step 1B (Group Registration) to be eligible to receive the group discount. If you substitute attendees, please provide their names in writing and finalize the substitution by May 22, 2010. After May 22, a substitution fee of $85 per person will apply.
Groups should utilize ASSE housing to qualify for group registration discounts. One-day registrants for the Conference are excluded from group discounts. All Group registrants should be registered by June 1, 2010, 5:00 pm CST.
If you’ve never been a member of ASSE before, now Is your chance to join for free! Attend Safety 2010 and receive a complimentary one-year membership to ASSE, including a one-year membership to the Practice Specialty of your choice!
Whenever possible, arrangements will be made for physically challenged registrants provided ASSE receives 90 days written notice. Please write a letter of explanation, your name and phone number, and attach to the registration form. ASSE will contact you to further discuss your needs.
Government Employee Registration
A completed government purchase order or training authorization form must accompany your registration form if not paid in full. Sorry, this is not considered payment. Your registration will have a balance due until full payment is received. Registration forms received without a P.O. or training authorization form will be returned. Special events must be pre-paid.
If you only have one day to visit the exhibits, we have a one-day only exposition pass that is available at ASSE on-site registration for $95. Advance purchase is not available.
Need to Cancel?
Full refunds (yes, that’s right!) will be granted to requests received in writing to ASSE (postmarked by midnight or faxed by midnight) on May 22, 2010. Sorry, we do not accept cancellations over the phone. Cancellations received in writing between May 23 and May 28, 2010 will be assessed the following cancellation fees (per person):
- Conference (PDC): $285
- Pre and Post Conference Seminars: $100/course

Note to Groups: If the number of cancellations brings the groupsize down to a lower discount level, each registrant will be billed the difference between the discount already paid and the next discount level fee. Sorry, but refunds will not be granted after May 28, 2010.
Sure we can substitute one person from another! Substitutions must be received in writing by May 28. If the pricing for the new attendee changes the total, you will either be refunded or charged the difference in fees. After May 22, a substitution fee of $85 will apply, so make your mind up early!
