This session will demonstrate how to implement a successful bi-lingual safety and health program, training methods and general compliance requirements to enable you to reach out effectively to your non-English speaking workers both in general industry and construction. We will review resources in Spanish and English available at no cost, OSHA’s training requirements, and best practices at VPP sites.
