Take advantage of the early bird discounts by registering on or before April 30, 2009! Registrations that are postmarked by May 29, 2009 will be confirmed. After May 29, 2009, you may register on-site in San Antonio. Any registrant with a balance due of 50% or more of their registration fee will be contacted by ASSE to reconcile the invoice prior to attending the conference.
If you plan to send seven or more colleagues from your company to Safety 2009ís Conference (PDC) and Advance, Pre and Post Conference Seminars, you can save substantially. Hereís how it works:
Your Group must be registered and postmarked by May 29, 2009, 5:00 pm CST.
ATTENTION ALL ASSE NON-MEMBERS: IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN A MEMBER OF ASSE BEFORE, NOW IS YOUR CHANCE TO JOIN FOR FREE! Attend Safety 2009 and receive a complimentary one-year membership to ASSE, including a one-year membership to the Practice Specialty of your choice!
Whenever possible, arrangements will be made for physically challenged registrants provided ASSE receives 90 days written notice. Please write a letter of explanation, your name and phone number, and attach to the registration form. ASSE will contact you to further discuss your needs.
A completed government purchase order or training authorization form must accompany your registration form if not paid in full. Sorry, this is not considered payment. Your registration will have a balance due until full payment is received. Registration forms received without a P.O. or training authorization form will be returned. Special events must be pre-paid.
If you only have one day to visit the exhibits, we have a one-day only exposition pass that is available at ASSE on-site registration for $95. Advance purchase is not available.
Full refunds (yes, that’s right!) will be granted to requests received in writing to ASSE (postmarked by midnight or faxed by midnight) on June 5, 2009. Sorry, we do not accept cancellations over the phone. Cancellations received in writing between June 6 and June 12, 2009 will be assessed the following cancellation fees (per person):

Note to Groups: If the number of cancellations brings the group size down to a lower discount level, each registrant will be billed the difference between the discount already paid and the next discount level fee.
Sorry, but refunds will not be granted after June 12, 2009.
Sure we can substitute one person from another! Substitutions must be received in writing by June 12. If the pricing for the new attendee changes the total, you will either be refunded or charged the difference in fees. After May 29, a substitution fee of $75 will apply, so make your mind up early!

Every effort will be made to ensure that the program schedule remains as published, however, unforeseen changes may occur. ASSE reserves the right to make changes to the program. Please review the Final Program Book that you will receive on-site for changes.
