Creating a Zero Incident Safety Culture: Proactive Metrics Spring to Life |
Description: The pursuit of Zero Incidents is realistic and achievable. Progress towards that goal is measurable. This session is a case study of the challenges and rewards of creating and reinforcing a Zero Incident Safety Culture at a major Superfund remediation project. Can a large scale, complicated project involving many distinct safety cultures operate as a unified, high performance safety team? Nine Zero Incident elements are described; leading metrics for each are discussed.
