Training Evaluation Methods - Who, What, Why and How!

Description: Our intention in training is to teach a skill or impart knowledge. Often a written test is given after the session to determine how well we have trained. Is testing the best way to evaluate knowledge and skill? Attendees will learn various training evaluation methods, how to determine the best method for their needs, how to structure evaluation programs and how training evaluations can work with proactive metrics.
