EHS Management Systems - Trials and Tribulations on the Road to a Leading Indicator

Description: EHS Management Systems are one of the cornerstones of a world-class safety process. Attendees will be taken on a journey showing how a major Fortune 500 went from idea to implementation. Successes and setbacks will be discussed allowing for attendees to gain from lessons learned. A roadmap will show the progress of the System as just another thing to do to an enterprise wide goal flowing from the CEO level. There will be discussions of the progress of current efforts to correlate System performance to injury rate reductions. Finally, the linkage to the audit program will be used to demonstrate lessons learned and improvements generated.
