535	Description: For nearly thirty years employers have been conducting drug and alcohol testing. But are employers taking full advantage of such programs? Is drug/alcohol use being reduced? NCCI estimates that between thirty-eight and fifty-percent of all worker claims involve drugs/alcohol. This session will present substance screening tests, testing collection/laboratory credentials and employment testing techniques. Using the updated information we will explore how to properly manage the work risks and legal issues of drug screening with pre-employment, post accident and random testing.
