We recommend that Safety 2008 registrants stay at ASSE’s conference hotels to take advantage of ASSE’s specially negotiated rates just for attendees, and transportation to and from ASSE’s events. To take advantage of these special conference rates, follow the directions below.
IMPORTANT! SAFETY 2008 takes place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, however, all Post-Conference seminars (except #801) will be held at the Las Vegas Riviera Hotel. Room rates apply from June 3, 2008 through June 15, 2008, and are subject to tax and availability. There are a limited number of guest rooms available prior to and after ASSE’s event at the group rate. Hotels often sell out prior to the cut-off date (May 17, 2008). Reserve your room early for availability!
Deposit
Your room reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card upon reservation request. Credit cards will be charged immediately for the amount of deposit. All deposits are for one night’s room and tax.
Changes/Cancellations
For changes or cancellations, call the hotel directly. Cancellations and date changes must be received seven days prior to arrival. Contact the hotel(s) directly for detailed policies.
Refunds
Full deposits will be refunded if you cancel prior to seven days before arrival date. There is an early departure fee – contact the hotel/s directly for detailed policies.
Government Rates
The hotel has a limited number of government rated rooms available. Please call the hotel directly for your reservation.

ASSE has negotiated special, discounted car rates for attendees at SAFETY 2008. AVIS is the official rental car company for the ASSE PDC/Exposition in Las Vegas.
