If you plan to send seven or more colleagues from your company to Safety 2008’s Conference (PDC) and Pre and Post Conference Seminars, you can save substantially. Here’s how it works:
Please have your company representative contact the ASSE group meetings coordinator, at email@example.com for full program details and to obtain a group discount code.
Your company will be assigned a group code that permits your employees to register for the conference and Pre and Post Conference Seminars via the web, fax or mail.
Please see the list of topics and descriptions for the Pre and Post Conference seminars on pages in the brochure. These seminars will be discounted as follows: $25 off each one-day seminar and $50 off each two or three-day seminar. You must sign up for Safety 2008 (the PDC) in order to receive the seminar discounts.
For discount eligibility, each employee must complete all steps on the registration form, and provide the group code on Step 1B (Group Registration) to be eligible to receive the group discount. If you substitute attendees, please provide their names in writing and finalize the substitution by April 21, 2008. After April 21, a substitution fee of $75 per person will apply.
Groups should utilize ASSE housing to qualify for group registration discounts. One-day registrants for the Conference are excluded from group discounts.
Your Group must be registered and postmarked by May 16, 2008, 5:00 pm CST.

ASSE is offering a guest package that includes admission to the general and plenary sessions and two conference lunches (Tuesday and Wednesday). Price: $50.00.
Whenever possible, arrangements will be made for physically challenged registrants provided ASSE receives 90 days written notice. Please write a letter of explanation, your name and phone number, and attach to the registration form. ASSE will contact you to further discuss your needs.
A completed government purchase order or training authorization form must accompany your registration form if not paid in full. Sorry, this is not considered payment. Your registration will have a balance due until full payment is received. Registration forms received without a P.O. or training authorization form will be returned. Special events must be pre-paid.
If you only have one day to visit the exhibits, we have a one-day only exposition pass that is available at ASSE on-site registration for $95.
Full refunds (yes, that’s right!) will be granted to requests received in writing to ASSE (postmarked by midnight or faxed by midnight) on May 23, 2008. Sorry, we do not accept cancellations over the phone.
Cancellations received in writing between May 24 and May 30, 2008 will be assessed the following cancellation fees (per person):

Note to Groups: If the number of cancellations brings the group size down to a lower discount level, each registrant will be billed the difference between the discount already paid and the next discount level fee.
Sorry, but refunds will not be granted after May 30, 2008.
Sure we can substitute one person for another! Substitutions must be received in writing by May 2. If the pricing for the new attendee changes the total, you will either be refunded or charged the difference in fees. After May 2, a substitution fee of $75 will apply, so make your mind up early!
If you are a member of the media and would like to cover any of the events or interview a presenter, speaker or any ASSE official during the ASSE SAFETY 2008 Conference & Exposition in Las Vegas, contact the ASSE PR Manager by May 1, 2008.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the program schedule remains as published, however, unforeseen changes may occur. ASSE reserves the right to make changes to the program. Please review the Final Program Book that you will receive on-site for changes.
