ASSE REGISTRATION POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Registration Dates to Remember
Take advantage of the early bird discounts by registering before April 13, 2007!
Registrations that are postmarked by June 8, 2007 will be confirmed. After June 8, 2007, you may register on-site in Orlando.
Any registrant with a balance due of 50% or more of their registration fee will be contacted by ASSE to reconcile the invoice prior to attending the conference.
If you plan to send seven or more colleagues from your company to Safety 2007’s Conference and Pre and Post Conference Seminars, you can save substantially. Here’s how it works:
Your Group must be registered and postmarked by May 7, 2007, 5:00 pm CST.

Physically Challenged Registrants
Whenever possible, arrangements will be made for physically challenged registrants provided ASSE receives 90 days written notice. Please write a letter of explanation, your name and phone number, and attach to the registration form. ASSE will contact you.
Government Employee Registration
A completed government purchase order or training authorization form must accompany your registration form if not paid in full. Sorry, this is not considered payment. Your registration will have a balance due until full payment is received. Registration forms received without a P.O. or training authorization form will be returned. Special events must be pre-paid.
Exposition
If you only have one day to visit the exhibits, we have a one-day only exposition pass that is available at ASSE on-site registration for $75.
Need to Cancel?
Full refunds (yes, that’s right!) will be granted to requests received in writing to ASSE (postmarked by midnight or faxed by midnight) on June 4, 2007. Sorry, we do not accept cancellations over the phone.
Cancellations received in writing between June 5 and June 15, 2007 will be assessed the following cancellation fees (per person):

Note to Groups: If the number of cancellations brings the group size down to a lower discount level, each registrant will be billed the difference between the discount already paid and the next discount level fee.
Substitution Policy
Sure we can substitute one person from another. Substitutions must be received in writing by May 25. If the pricing for the new attendee changes the total, you will either be refunded or charged the difference in fees. After May 25, a substitution fee of $75 will apply, so make your mind up early!
