HOUSING/HOTEL INSTRUCTIONS

All ASSE PDC Registrants should utilize ASSE’s conference hotels. To qualify for the conference rates you must reserve your hotel room through ASSE’s Housing Company. If you call any of the hotels directly they will not book you as a conference registrant and will not reserve accommodations at the rates shown.
You may reserve your housing online at http://www.safety2007.org. If reserving by mail or fax, please use only the form on the back of this page. If reserving by phone, please have this form completed prior to calling the Housing Company. Room rates apply from June 24, 2007 through June 27, 2007, with limited availability June 21-23 and June 28 - July 1. Rates are subject to tax and availability. Please keep a copy of this form for your records.

RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS

All reservations are being coordinated by the ASSE Housing Company. Arrangements for housing must be made through the ASSE Housing Company and NOT with the hotel directly. All housing reservation forms must be received by May 23, 2007. Deposits: No more than a one night’s room & tax per room deposit is required to make a reservation. The deposit amount is payable by credit card or check (mail only). This credit card will be charged immediately. If paying by check, mail your payment with this completed housing form. All checks must be made payable to the ASSE/Experient Housing Company in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. No wire transfers will be accepted.

CONFIRMATIONS

Confirmations will be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to you from the ASSE Housing Company once your reservation has been secured with a deposit. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 weeks, please call the ASSE Housing Company at 1-800-974-9833. You will not receive a confirmation from your hotel.

ASSE has negotiated special, discounted car rates for attendees at the 2007 PDC. AVIS is the official rental car company for the ASSE PDC/Exposition in Orlando. Special rates apply from June 14- July 7, 2007. Call AVIS today to reserve your discounted car by calling the AVIS toll free number at 1-800-331-1600 and refer to ID number A835799.

United Airlines is offering up to 15% discount for air travel. For fare and schedule information and to make your reservations, please call the United Airlines Meeting Plus Reservation Center at 1-800-521-4041 and provide the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) discount code 563YP. The reservation agents are available from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
