To receive the group rate, please identify yourself as an American Society of Safety Engineers or ASSE attendee. The hotel reservation deadline is October 14, 2008. Please reserve your room early as hotel rooms at the published rate may sell out before the October 14th deadline. After that date, the hotel may charge a higher rate or be sold out.
AVIS is the official car rental company for ASSE in Scottsdale. To reserve an AVIS car, please call (800) 331-1600 and refer to (AWD) number A835799.
Whenever possible, arrangements will be made for physically challenged registrants provided ASSE receives 45 days advance notice. Please write a letter of explanation, your name and phone number, and attach to the registration form. ASSE will contact you.
Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing by October 31, 2008. Refunds less a $100 administrative fee will be granted to written requests received between November 1, 2008 and November 14, 2008. Refunds will not be granted after November 15, 2008. If you are unable to attend and wish to send a substitute, a $25 substitution fee will be charges. ASSE membership is individual; therefore, substitution with a non-member will be charged the non-member rate plus the $25 substitution fee. ASSE reserves the right to make substitutions to the program should unforeseen circumstances occur. ASSE also reserves the right to cancel the program two weeks prior to presentation.
