Join your peers in Scottsdale to learn the most effective practices and solutions from recognized experts and leaders in construction safety. Featuring:
Right Brain Leadership for the Future of Construction Safety
The future belongs to a different kind of person with a different kind of mind: right-brained thinkers whose abilities mark the fault line between who gets ahead and who doesn’t. Theory has it that our brain has two hemispheres, commonly called the right brain and the left brain, which think in different ways. Our right brain is more intuitive; our left brain is analytical and sequential. Daniel Pink, author of A Whole New Mind predicts that right-brained organizations will rule the world in the future. Rightbrain thinkers have a more powerful influence in their organizations, greater professional success and personal fulfillment. Join us for this presentation to learn how this thinking will also have a
significant impact specific to leadership in construction safety.
Big Projects, Big Challenges
Leaders with responsibility for the safety and health efforts on large construction projects will discuss the challenges that they have encountered and the solutions they have employed. Join us to gain insight from leaders on bridge, stadium and large hospitality projects and also the perspective of loss control authorities.
